Failed update

I have a problem with my Mu-so Qb 2nd Gen device after trying to update the device has stopped working, i.e. it is not visible on the network. Tried reset to initial settings, but it didn’t help either. The manual says that after such a reset, the device will turn on by itself, in my case it is not. My mu-so lights up when turned on, but is silent. Probably a problem with the development, but I don’t know where to look for help

Try turning the router and Muso off and any network switch in between , leave for a few minutes. Then restart router and wait a few minutes until it has fully rebooted, then restart any network switch, wait again etc……then turn Muso back on. Hope it works for you🤞🏽
