Very sad to see that Mr Parry left us on Friday. Such a vital part of the Floyd sound.

Indeed. The raspiest tenor sax sound of the 20th century.
His solos on Delicate Sound of Thunder are glorious. Least said about the heinous mullet, the better.

Whoops, yes, you’re right. There’s a great little clip on Reddit titled ‘Scott Page’s mullet at Venice ‘89 is possibly the most majestic thing I’ve ever seen. My god it’s glorious’.
I must have been getting my live albums muddled - it was Parry on Pulse a few years later.
