Looking at this chart from Caitlin Griffin and the National Theatre Bookshop I think the the slice between “Poisoned” and “Stabbed and poisoned” is Portia eats hot coals in Julius Caesar

I was taught at school that Roman roads were always dead straight, to prevent the Ancient Britons (or for that matter, Asterix & his mates) hiding around the corners!
