I think they have over simplified the Prog Rock.

I’d simplify it more:
Pompous twiddlybit yawn》meaningful meaningless lyrics zzzzzzz》interminable twiddly bits zzzzzzzzz 》Bombastic outro…phew

Nah, even that’s too long

But that’s why we like Prog Rock!

Ever listened to Mahler, or Wagner?

Mmmm…Mahler, yes. Wagner only the overtures… the singing is just too much.

Not sure I’d class Prog on the same continent as Mahler, or even planet

Oh I don’t know. Got Mahler 1 playing at the moment……very nice, but still waiting for the blistering Emerson/Wakeman fireworks on the Hammond C3!

I have no comment
Wakeman? Him in the gold cape?

I love Mahler 1

:joy:

So I’ve gone from Mahler 1 to Tales from Topographic Oceans (side/track 1) which does indeed have a Wakeman solo

Nice. Very much what I would have thought, but why is Ti red?

Ti is 22, and safe.

43, Tc (Technetium) is a bit of a spiderman-inducer by the sound of it.

Not sure Pb should be yellow.

Probably caused by the small iPad mini screen 86 looked like Ti, not Tl to me. Not licking Tantalum seems like a good choice.
