Lately I am noticing a difference in volume between the two channels, can this be caused by a faulty pot? or is this a regular naim issue where I will have to get use to, since I am not the only one with this issue?
Not unusual at low volumes… should even out when volume increases. I think its the nature of the ALP pot.
Sorry to read this. I think it quite possible that roughly ten years after your Nait XS was made, your newly noticed channel imbalance points to something else other than the volume pot. Either way it would be picked up at a service, I’m sure.
