Hi, I tried to update the firmware for. Muso QB and it isn’t working at all. Just just constantly cycling, and the light on the back switches between flashing orange and red. I’ve switched off for over an hour, reset several times, plugged an Ethernet cable in, and nothing’s working. Any ideas?

When you say you’ve reset several times, did you press the little pin-hole button on the back for 10 seconds?
If not, I recommend you doing so.
Let it fully reboot and set it up like a new QB, which will mean connecting to the QB wi-fi network then prompting it to join your home wifi network.
Once connected, power it down for at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the QB and it should hopefully work.

I had to do this with only one of QB’s which seemed odd as my other 2 QB1’s simply updated without having to reset it totally.

Muso or Qb - which version?
Ethernet connection to what?
Try full reset, switch off, wait a short while or better overnight and restart.
Thanks for the replies. Yes, sorry, I was using the little pinhole button on the back. And the ethernet connection was directly into the router, and it’s a Qb1. Sorry, might have been helpful information! I’ve unplugged again, and will let it go overnight, see how it works. Looks like most people didn’t have a problem, so hopefully this will do it!
