Flatcap DR?

Are there plans of having a Flatcap DR?

Or is this upgrade not feasible on a marketing standpoint as it may cannibalise sales of the HiCap DR?

If they were going to do it, I’m sure they would have done so by now. Given that the products it was designed to power (CD player, tuner and preamp) have been discontinued I think it’s safe to say it will remain as it is.

I don’t know the answer to either question.

I was desperate to get DR tech into my 152XS preamp. I already had a FCXS. Rather than buy a HCDR, I replaced my NAP155XS with a NAP200DR.

Very glad I did, the amp is superb.
