Yup. Agree. eBay Help… isn’t… 
eBay’s phone help is good. Twice I’ve had to involve them where a scammer “won” my Naim kit I had for sale. They even removed the neg feedback that the scammer left me and I paid no charges on the sale of my NAC82 to a genuine buyer.
