Anyone know if there are problems with the website…I am trying to register a product in an attempt to solve the non connection problems I am having with a Muso 2…the website will not recognise my password…when I click forgotten password it tells me an e mail has been sent to reset …nothing received.
I presume this is an automated system ? If not would the lack of response have anything to do with Armistice Day in France?

There is still a lot of inconsistency within the website. This was considerably noticeable when I recently used the “Comparator” recently.
