Has anyone who has the focal utopia headphones had to send them back for repair because of driver failure. There’s been quite a lot who have had problems on another forum, i was just wondering if there are any naim members had any issues. Bought mine in August 2020 and yesterday the left driver has failed. The early releases had more problems then, so i thought the more recent ones would have been sorted, obviously not… Not happy.
Just got my Utopias back from SCV for repair. From sending to and getting repaired and posting back to me in less than 48 hours is quite impressive.
