For those missing the Green

A new option for those missing the world of green logos……

Green is just iconic and so much nicer. White is cold.

Green is more or a retro colour. I like it.

Only if you live in the UK with that brand at least for now.

I do not miss the green as my system is still (and will be for the foreseeable) Naim’s green badge kit.

I’ve just spotted this myself. Introduced/backed by Peter Tyson, designed and manufactured in the UK and would actually ‘work’ aesthetically with my Naim and Arcam equipment. I don’t need an amplifier or CD player but the streamer could be interesting. Even if it is not the last word in performance with its internal DAC it could well be an excellent streaming transport into the Arcam D33. Needs to do Tidal Max/Hi resolution for me though. I’ll watch this with interest.

Another brand, UK too, but with much higher prices. CAD audio.

However, the CAD CAT shown is not a CD player/transport but rather an Innuos Zen/Zenith type device.

P/poor website, all show, no go…

The dac is above
The server / ripper under.
You didn’t mention it should be a cd player

“The British-made Fell Amp is an affordable, 89W integrated amplifier with Class D power”

They couldn’t squeeze out one more watt to get a nice round number?!

If memory serves, the most relaxing colour in nature – whereas, white is cold and bland IMHO.

I much prefer green.

Me too. I’ve grown to like the NC styling but do wish all the lighting was still green.

Bye bye.

Read the review on What Hi-Fi.

British designed and British built with Green lights.

Sounds promising.

Anyone picked up on this new company, based and manufacturing in the UK, and being supported by Peter Tyson?

Currently Fell have released an amp and CD player.

They give me a Naim vibe from the old days.

I saw the news item a couple of days back on What Hifi?

Interesting new outfit, Cumbria based. According to the WHF blurb;

These new products have been designed in-house and are manufactured by a “trusted and time-proven” hi-fi manufacturer based in the UK.

I wonder who it is who builds them…?

They have a sort of old A&R Cambridge look to them.

They do have a nice aesthetic, I wonder how long it will be before some other dealers pick them up and make it possible to demo them🤔

Article also notes the managing director is Mathew Tyson, presumably related to Pete Tyson?

From the website, I also see a streamer is on the way.
