I can’t create a new topic in the support section…
Several times recently, and for many hours, the forum has been down. Trying to access has given the message “HTTP error 500” - this happens on all platforms I’ve tried - PC (edge and firefox), Ipad, Iphone (edge and safari).
I’m pretty certain others are probably affected.
I’m not sure this is a Naim support issue, or the forum is supported elsewhere, but, is the cause known? Has it been resolved?
Any info would be helpful.

I know it was down last night but it’s up now but I’ve noticed a few small changes
The support section is more of a FAQ. Just ask your question in the appropriate sub fora, streaming or Hifi.

It’s been up and down several times for me today. I believe they are doing forum updates but not informing about it. The usual story.
The forum had some issues due to a backup failure and reaching capacity limits on the server. Our Web Dev cleaned up a few things which freed up some space (we’ll be looking to increase capacity in due course) and also applied a Discourse update, so all should be back to normal, although there may be some small differences due to the update. Apologies and thanks for your patience.
I’ve noticed problems with this forum this afternoon and evening. There was a message earlier saying no posts could be made but we could still read threads.
The forum had to be temporarily put into read-only mode this afternoon while it was having updates applied. As for other forums, I can’t really comment due to forum rules.
I did have a look around for which of the sub fora may be appropriate, given this relates the the forum as a whole, and that I can’t post in the ‘FAQ/support’ section, where would you suggest? (It’s not streaming, it’s not Hi-fi, it’s not music…)
Where was the message? I could’nt read either, as soon as I tried to access any part of the forum (including ‘top level’) I got the error.
You know if you click on your icon at top right of page, a drop down menu shows likes, replies etc.? Well, now the whole list appears as if you’ve not already clicked on each item.
The text size has also increased!

The text is the same size as ever on my iPad…

The bell at the top gives the standard notification view, the other options act as filters.

Not been down for me but, like @Ian2001, it went very weird on me for a while. Not sure if what it now looks like is the final outcome? Text size on iPad Pro is as was. Menus top right are an incomprehensible (to me) mess. Intriguingly at one point it appeared to give me some admin privileges. These have, disappointingly, been withdrawn but you only need to ask

I have withdrawal jitters after not being able to access the forum for the past 2 evenings.
It’s still not working for me today with Firefox. However, I have temporarily switched to Chromium, which is working so far.
Just refreshed Firefox and it’s working atm. Perhaps it’s just the timing of my attempts vs ongoing forum stability issues, and not browser related at all.
