I already own a 4 shelf Naim Fraim, with the regular (not skinny rear legs). I currently use an SN2 with an NDX2 without problems.
I might upgrade the SN2 to the Nac 332 and NAP 250 in the future. I would not be using the NPX300 power supply.
Would a system of a NAC332, NAP250 and NDX2 require the skinny Fraim rear legs?
Looking at the NC NAP250, the speaker terminals look more centered. Could be a problem?
I’ve seen demo setups by Naim and by my dealer using the 222/250 on Fraim, and neither of them had the narrow rear leg fitted, so I think you’ll be fine.
Thanks Chris!
As @ChrisSU says, you should be fine. The skinny rear legs give you a lot more finger’wiggle’ room, particularly with the new, extra tight NPX300 Burndies.

Thank you!
on a side note, last I checked the skinny rear leg only came in the Standard height (Part number 13-004-0763).
Is a Medium or Tall version also being offered now? (if anybody knows)
Thanks
For those who own the new 250. Have the speaker cable plugs (that plug into the amp) changed?
I cannot find a picture, but I believe they have changed somewhat.
The black plastic box is a different shape to the old one, that’s all.
Thanks!
Another question about the 332. How do you connect a subwoofer?
I imagine you plug a Y adapter into the RCA outputs, and then a subwoofer cable into the Y adapter? I see you must also switch the RCA preamp out, on with the switch on the rear.
You would normally run a stereo RCA cable from the two sockets, the sub will sum the two channels into one.
That’s assuming you have a stereo input on the sub? Some, such as the entry level Rel subs, only have a single RCA input.
Also, consider using a high level input if your sub has one.
Thank you! Yes, I have a REL with a single RCA input.
In that case I would consider using the high level connection, ideally from the input sockets on your speakers. This usually gives the best results with Rel subs.
If you know where to look and find it (I don’t) the old Naim Forum (15/18 yrs ago) had an article from a member in NZ, who had an olive CDS and 52-based system with a Fraim.
Olive power amps have spkr outlets in the centre rear, so fouled the Fraim rear leg.
His solution was to machine a hole through the leg into which he inserted a ‘polo’ of milled stainless (I think) which seemed to work well.
