This amused me. Just looking to get a cheapo electric fan, and on B&Q they suggested it’s often purchased with Cement. So does that mean they oscillate so fast that they need concreting in?

Yes, can be a big problem in the suburbs. I guess you can use the fan to blow away the evidence
