Hi guys, I plugged a USB drive into the front USB socket but it doesn’t work even though I’ve switched it on, on the Naim App , and did a restart on the app too. All other inputs work normally but this USB input is a puzzling one as the usb input is not showing on the screen.
Can anyone help me out with this issue please? I’m probably doing something wrong

Strange. I do n’t have the option to switch USB on or off in the Naim app. Could you look in the webclient (e.g. http://ip-address/webclient/)?
Go to Settings / Inputs & Sources / USB. Make sure it is not disabled there and you also check ‘Front Connector Usage’. Make sure it is either ‘Data + Charging’ or ‘Data Only’.
Hi, Thanks for your reply. I plugged a USB drive into the rear USB input and it came up, ‘rear’ and a folder icon on which I pressed and all the individual files were there, so I tried the front input and still no luck..
