Surely Naim must have 3.8 could they not keep those settings and transfer across any other tweaks…that have brought us to 12???
Not that easy Richieroo. I think it’s been discussed many times. The bit that made the FW degrade is out of Naim’s control to a large degree. All they can do is put fixes around it.

Solid sounds i believe if i remember right as i had one of the first many years ago, In fact my olive gear was pictured on it and used by them in their advertising and it might still be?
Yes Solid Sounds and laminate. I read years ago that MDF ‘sounds’ better than solid wood. No idea how true that is, but it’s certainly easier on the wallet!

On my NDX-FM, 172, and Qute2, I upgraded the streamer on all three to 4.9.40 and internet radio works perfectly, after a factory reset. In fact, I was prompted to do this when iRadio stopped working. Only a minor bother to re-create favorites.
