I’m scraping my head , cable looks almost as stiff but missing lettering and the two runs of stranded wires a bit narrower .

This is a picture from a Naim dealer website. The cable looks exactly the same other than the lettering. Maybe yours is an early one without lettering. Or maybe you are scratching (not scraping) your head over a different question.

Yours looks pretty old, I had some circa 20yrs ago even then most the writing had faded and the cable had a rough feel.
The one @anon4489532 posted the the latest style, logo printed in the centre channel, it is smooth and marginally more flexible than the old NACA5.
Bottom line its still all NACA5
