Couldn’t agree more, and may the best Trek rider win! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :+1:

Same as the last Trek rider? Hope not!

Who do you mean?

People on the sidewalks looking at the Giro.Finally.

IIRC Paolo Savoldelli was the last Trek rider to win the Giro. One of Dr Ferrari’s lot.

Evanepoel is back. It’s a ballsy move to put the rest of the Wolf Pack at his disposal first race back - unless you know he’s going well…

Buongiorno!

May the best cyclist win…should be some exciting finishes…

There is a decent 1 hour highlights package on Quest HD every evening at 7.00 in the UK - available on Freesat and, presumably, Freeview. Commentary nowhere near as good as Imlach and company but worth watching if you can tolerate Sean Yates.

Today’s (Tuesday 11th) Stage 4 looks lumpy, Piacenza to Sestola (187km)

and plenty of scope for breakaway action : >

Fantastic finish to Monday’s stage which must have left the peleton more than a little miffed for miscalculating the resilience of the breakaway!

Yeswell…he means Sean “Yeswell” Kelly.

Yep, I did mean Sean Kelly - does he ever say anything that isn’t bleeding obvious and banal? I guess Sherwen and Liggett, and now Boulting and Miller have spoilt me.
At least Orla Chennaoui’s outfits are a nightly source of amazement, and she is a knowledgeable and entertaining presenter.

I still mourn the sad loss of David of the Duffieldisms

Chapeau!

David spent more time talking Camembert than Campagnolo and Vin Rouge than Van Poppel .
Miss him…Kelly is a tool.
