Welcome to the forum Fidelio2026.

It’s usually good idea to service the amps and power supplies every 10-15 years depending upon what era kit you have. The FAQ has more on this. In the UK there’s the Naim factory or Class A who are factory trained and authorised to service the kit. Outside the UK you should contact your local distributor. If in the EU then there’s also LASA in Italy.

Which Naim cable is damaged? If it’s a SNAIC then only replace with a Naim SNAIC.

Thank you that’s very helpful the cable is the NAC A 5 two lengths if 4 meters as Recomended by Naim I wonder if there is a contact or a list of approved Naim dealers that I could courier the equipment to be serviced

Your best bet would be to check the Naim website for your nearest Naim dealer or else contact Naim support on support@naimaudio.com.

Welcome to the forum Fidelio. Nice to see another SF Concerto owner here. Mine are still going strong and sounding great.

Thank you so much I will contact them as I understand that the prices may vary according to the dealer there is no set price just an average cost of something like £400 per unit to service

Thank you I bought mine over 24 yrs ago and must admit I have heard other speakers and same much more expensive and yet I am hooked on the subtle notes that they put out
