Yes and theese old eyes really should focus on the buttons or as it is I never use them. I can’t even remember how I found this out. Why was I there fiddling in the first place😊

Unfortunately my hands are a bit tied as I don’t want to break forum rules regarding DIY fixes!
The acrylic fascia is held to the aluminium front panel with self adhesive.
The screws that secure the front panel to the support brackets are only M2 threads & as such cannot be screwed up very tight (as the head will shear off), they do have a habit of working loose.
We do try to prioritise re-repairs, so I think we could turn it around in far less time if you decide to return it.
Please accept my apologies on behalf of the Service Department, this sort of thing falls well below the standard we strive to achieve. :worried:

Apology accepted. I am so Happy with how everything sounds right now I’ll have to wait a little while before sending it off again if I choose to do so.
