Green Tea

I have just got a teapot.

I have tried Kenya Ikumbi and China Sencha in it, but I prefer Twining’s teabags.

Please say what type of green tea you use and what you think about it.

And how you make it.

Why do communists drink green tea?

Because proper tea is theft

Was just about to make this morning’s pot as I head to work.

Have been using this brand for some time. One spoonful of leaves is perfect.

Glass teapot with insulating wrapper to keep the tea warm. Works well.

Would brew up a Twinings teabag only in an emergency

Boom boom!

Thanks, Iain.

I will acquire a box of that and compare it.

It’s not expensive, get it on the big river.

It’s a fairly inoffensive brew, easy to drink whilst at work I find.

I’ve tried many types and brands over the years and keep coming back to this one as my daily brew.

Asked AI about it (google “Ahmad tea Gunpowder Supreme review”) and it’s fairly accurate,

:+1:

I wonder which city/Fortress is depicted in the painting on the box.

It’s too early in the morning for that sort of pun :face_with_peeking_eye::face_with_peeking_eye::face_with_peeking_eye:

Why would someone buy tea on Amazon? To support tax avoidance and aid the demise of local shops? Shop local, keep your high street alive.

I did buy the teapot and a coffee brewing device and some bags of tea and coffee from the wonderful Atkinsons coffee shop where I live.

We are lucky to have such a great set of cafés in my town, and the man who runs them is a neighbour, and I’ve worked with him as well.

Just enjoyed a cup of this…

Hopefully, this is allowed as I am naming a company but not providing a link, but local(ish) to me, in Pluckley near Ashford, there’s the Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Company which have an excellent selection of different green, white, black, rooibos and tisanes to choose from. Although excellent tea and coffee their delivery time is sometime lacking. They are well worth a try if you want to experiment with different types.

if this post is not allowed then please delete it.

Is that your regular brand?

Can you translate what that sentence says beginning with the word ‘infusion’ on the front of the box?

Do you drink green tea?

First time I’ve tried them although I have had other ‘Yogi Tea’ flavours and enjoyed them.

Well, you’d be surprised.

Whilst the scene certainly may at first look foreign, it is in fact a painting called Windsor from the Thames by Robert W Marshall. Only flipped, it’s the wrong way round!

Yes - more often Japanese organic sencha.
