Just spent all day stripping down and rebuilding system system to introduce new NAP500, but now I’m getting no power to head unit of 552. Any tips?
My one concern is that the burndy cable at the power supply end is rotating a little so I’m wondering if something has detached inside the plug? I don’t have a spare to test this theory unfortunately

Just to check, have you got both the Burndy and the SNAIC5 connected between the 552PS and 552 head unit ?
Yes, very likely the cable(s) from the PS to the 552. Not sure what you can do to confirm, other than call your local friendly dealer. 
yes both connected. Unfortunately dealer now shut so it will have to wait until tomorrow to try an alternative burndy. Very frustrating, I should be basking in superior sound right now.

Yes James, fine at power supply end, just dead at 552 head unit.
Massive thank you to Martin Tyson of Peter Tyson’s for bringing over a new burndy and digital cable. Power now restored to 552. Mine to be sent to Naim for repair. Pictures to follow is system pics when finished.
