No, sorry - I’d advise substituting the pre with your Hugo, or ask your dealer to verify if it is indeed the 552 at fault.

Ok… I picked up some cheap XLR female to male leads from a guitar shop, connected them to my Hugo TT… and voila… both channels of my amp are working.
So… the issue is the preamp.
When I take the 552 back to the dealer… should I also take the power supply?

It’s also worth taking the DIN4 to XLR cables for the 300 to the dealer as well, just in case it’s a cable fault - that’ll be much easier to fix!
