Can’t work it out shown it as playing on Spotify also on the Nova screen but no sound. I’ve tried the mute button still no luck help appreciated
If you haven’t already tried perhaps switching off the router and nova at the mains for a few minutes and then restarting also rebooting your device you are streaming Spotify from.
Do you get sound through headphones?
