Hi there. Got the muso 2gen and had it scanned by Naim said it needs Ethernet cable’s so I’ve done this. Now the QB won’t go past number 6 the muso not so bad

Got the muso 2gen and the QB 1gen Naim scanned my units and so have now got Ethernet connected with both of them but the QB won’t go past number 6 now and it’s flat out. Anyone who can help please do . Thanks again happy Christmas

By six do you mean six blobs on the volume dial? If so it sounds like you’ve set a low maximum volume in the app.
