Hicap service cost

Does anyone know where I can find the service costs for different bits of kit?
I’ve been wandering around Naim website and can’t find any

I’d expect a HiCap to fall in analogue 1 category. Probably worth getting an upgrade to DR spec if appropriate since the upgrade cost wont add hugely to the service itself

Also try Class A in Sheffield. Cheaper than direct to Naim but is official supplier.

Perhaps a stupid question but what’s the difference between service end repair (regarding this matter :upside_down_face: )

You put something in for regular service “ preventative “
Repair something is broken requiring repair. :thinking:

Certain Naim items such as power amplifiers and power supplies in particular have a set service routine where every 8-10 or 12-15 years, depending on the item, it’s recommended to have the item serviced by Naim where components such as reservoir capacitors are replaced, bias re-set etc…

Repair is where there’s a fault that requires to be fixed for the item to function properly.
