How much gear do you have? And where do you keep the boxes?

Does Naim still sell boxes for old gear? The answer may make this process a little easier

Same size boxes for full width gear. The dimensions haven’t changed so packing foam and boxes are the same.

whether they can supply boxes for shoebox gear though I don’t know. The could when I bought boxes. But the Superline and HiCap were still in production so a box for my UQ2 wasn’t a problem.

I do recall being told I was nuts to spend that on boxes. Clearly they didn’t realise how expensive a storage locker in Tokyo is.

What’s the process? Email the factory or do you have to go through a dealer?

Go via dealer like ordering hifi.

Be quick. The last slim line products have just been discontinued. So I expect boxes to match your gear will be down to the last few.

be aware you won’t get new labels or serial number stickers unless you send gear in the new boxes for servicing.

They will ship internationally if asked.
