How to downgrade firmware for a Uniti Atom

Hi

Can anyone help please. I recently upgraded the firmware on my Atom to 3.5.1 but it has adversely affected the sound quality. How can i revert to the previous version please ?

You will have to discuss with Naim support.

They won’t want you to downgrade and will probably suggest you do a factory reset of the Atom.

Several people on forum have reported that a factory reset clears any adverse effect in SQ after firmware upgrade

I would definitely do a reset first. If you still feel that sound quality has been adversely affected then contact Naim tech support.
