How to remove all bluetooth devices from MuSo 2

Hi everyone,
On my MuSo 2 looking to the diagnostics from the web intervace I found that each bluetooth device that were connected to it are still present after a factory reset via the small hole on the side, where the led is.

Several entries, including the ones from the former owner.

Is that expected?

I don’t think so. I suspect that you haven’t actually successfully factory reset it.

Did you press the reset button for 10 secs until led changes colour

Yes I did, as I needed to reset the WiFi and redo the setup, which I did. The app saw the device and asked for a brand new setup.
