I upgraded my 333 firmware. Now I cannot access my system. What can I do?

There is another thread on the new NC firmware:

Did you try the obvious:

  • Power cycle the 333
  • Install app version 8.2.0, which was released yesterday

P.S. I do not have an NC streamer…Just trying to help.

You said your dealer is fantastic, not?

Call him. If not, switch off your 333 , wait 5mn, then on

Still nothing : switch off your router, wait, cancel the app and install it again.

The last thing if nothing work: reset your streamer.
