Just updated my innuos server and now it can’t find any of my Naim devices - anyone else have the same issue?
re boot the network Gary?
Yes I have tried that several that several times and no joy.
Same here. The naim streamer can see the UPnP server on my Innuos box, but the Innuos box cannot see the Naim streamer. Oops.
In a perverse way glad it’s not just me!
I have raised a ticket with Innuos but as they are at the Vienna show they have said it will be slow…. Will keep you updated here.
Gary
Presume we’ve all tried the browser route i.e. my innuos.com?
I had the same issue after installing 3.4.3 yesterday, both the Zen Mini and Naim ND5XS2 disconnected from my network (BT Smarthub 2). Luckily rebooting both devices (power off/on) got them back for me. OK now. I’m not sure the 3.4.3 update worked properly until I did the reboot, but it is fine now. I’ve checked using my.innuos.com and the Sense app on my iPad, both ok.
Updated Zenith Mk3 earlier this week. No problems with Naim NT50.
Innuos most basic troubleshooting measure if you can’t connect via the Sense app has always been to ask people to type in myinnuos into a browser and see if the issue persists.
Cheers Mike, tried that and same outcome sadly.
ditto here, no Beth Ditto.
Fix coming soon according to Innuos - hopefully not a long wait….
Innuos have issued a beta release with a possible fix.
Initial feedback suggests it has had a positive impact.
Innuos released 3.4.4 this morning. I haven’t installed it yet, but the beta release fixed the issue of UPnP streamers being undiscoverable. The beta also fixed the issue of Qobuz tracks skipping. Hopefully these made it into the full release 3.4.4.
Entertainingly adds in missing podcast logos and the logos of the radio stations which were missing but removes all the ones which were there in the first place. They are visible via the radio button but not on the fave stations section.
Sigh.
Removing them all as faves and adding them all back in sorts it but…
