It ticks all the ‘audiophile’ boxes for an Ethernet switch - new clock, linear psu, some uprated caps and a grounding terminal to introduce a random ground path you didn’t think you need and would be better off without…
I think i’d stick with a used Cisco 2960. A well engineered solution straight out of the box. No fiddling needed.
