Internet Radio server issue: only my region or globally?

I am an owner of three Mu-So products and find that the Internet radio service inside the Naim/Focal app cannot connect to any online radio station since 31 Jan 2025. The icons of different stations are there but there is no response when clicked. I wonder if this is an issue with a server in my region (Hong Kong) or globally. If anyone has the Naim/Focal app in a different region, may I ask for your kind help to check if you can access its Internet radio service?

Vtuner down - 1st February

Hi all, as some of you still on the old Vtuner service will have realised, the service is currently down. Naim apologise for the inconvenience and would urge anybody who has Naim items with the later generation streaming platform to switch to the new Naim Internet Radio (please ensure your firmware in up to date and clear your old Vtuner presets - see the sticky threads here in the Streaming Audio room). For users with the old legacy streaming platform (original Mu-Sos, Unitis, streamers etc…)…

Internet radio not working

See my post above. Naim have been working on Naim Internet radio, which is already released for current products and will very soon be ready for legacy ones. I’m told Naim will be making an announcement on Monday. In the meantime you could try a few workarounds such as the multi-room mentioned above, or by casting to your device or connecting to it via another device with access to internet radio.
