Internet radio stations stopped working

Hi,

I have a problem with Naim Mu-so.
Yesterday Internet radios stopped working.
O Reseted muso, then reconnected it back to wifi and even tried with ethernet cable and it do not help. Meaning, I can Connect to the muso from my „Focal & Naim” iPhone app and I theroetically can start default radio station(like Paradise) from the app but there is not a sound. Streaming from my Spotify to mu-so Works fine same as Signal from tv set. The only problem is the radio. I also noticed that when I enter Internet Radio on the app then there is nothing to select. My device is Mu-so gen 1. Software version : 2.0.0.

Vtuner Internet radio down - 1st February

Hi all, as some of you still on the old Vtuner service will have realised, the service is currently down. Naim apologise for the inconvenience and would urge anybody who has Naim items with the later generation streaming platform to switch to the new Naim Internet Radio (please ensure your firmware in up to date and clear your old Vtuner presets - see the sticky threads here in the Streaming Audio room). For users with the old legacy streaming platform (original Mu-Sos, Unitis, streamers etc…)…
