Internet radio

I have problems playing internet radio on my Superuniti. It says “connecting” on the main unit, and in the app 0%. The world internet is connected and I have tried other wires.

Vtuner down - 1st February

Hi all, as some of you still on the old Vtuner service will have realised, the service is currently down. Naim apologise for the inconvenience and would urge anybody who has Naim items with the later generation streaming platform to switch to the new Naim Internet Radio (please see the sticky threads here in the Streaming Audio room). I don’t Paul. As you know, Naim are reluctant to give ETAs on firmware anyway as it’s rarely if ever accurate, so just sets up for disappointment. Steve H has said that Naim will give an update on the situation on Monday.

Ido you have a unit with a Gen 2 streamer onboard? If so you can use that to multi-room to other devices to get Naim Internet Radio to them.

If i understand well, Reading sticky threads is THE solution only for later generation streamer . As for ND5XS from 2012 like mine, only firmware update could solve the problem (and my latest one is 4.8.00) Fixing Vtuner is not an eventuality Thanks for lighting my candle
