Hi,
for some time now my qb no longer has the Iradio function. WLAN works and the router also indicates that the device is connected to the Internet. What can that be? Thx

Internet radio not working

All stations here in Sussex UK, seem to be down Unable to tune into anything on both my NDX2 and Uniti Atom 2 . Both have the latest software downloaded and I assume I’m no longer using the V-Tuner, as I had to re-set all my radio station pre-sets after the last software update. However the internet is working ok for BBC TV streaming and my Amazon Alexa is still playing internet radio ok. Take the opportunity of VTuner

Marco, foreseeing potential issues ahead, a year ago Naim started planning on developing their own in-house Internet Radio service. Iaunched a few months ago for current products and Naim have been continuing their work to being it to older legacy Naim products as well. Vtuner Internet radio down - 1st February

Hi all, as some of you still on the old Vtuner service will have realised, the service is currently down. Naim apologise for the inconvenience and would urge anybody who has Naim items with the later generation streaming platform to switch to the new Naim Internet Radio (please ensure your firmware in up to date and clear your old Vtuner presets - see the sticky threads here in the Streaming Audio room). For users with the old legacy streaming platform (original Mu-Sos, Unitis, streamers etc…)…
