iRadio not loading after update (Uniti Atom)

After recent upgrade my iRadio is not working - nothing is loading.
All my favouries are gone and NO stations appear at all
I have tried to reload app - stil no good
I’ve turned the uniti off at the power and turned on - no good
Have tried to reset to factory setting - but when holding down the buttons- it just wants to switch to analogue one
I can seem to also get the in=mages to appear on the front screen
any help would be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:

I see that we haven’t been very helpful to you!

I suggest that the first thing that you could try would be pulling the power off from the Atom, by disconnecting the mains, restart your internet router, once it has fully restarted then connect the mains to the Atom and let it restart. Also restart the app. It depends what sort of phone you are using it on, but I mean restart it not just deselect it.

If that doesn’t work then you do need to try a factory reset of your Atom. You do that by:

  1. Firstly unplug any connected speakers and the power cable.
  2. Press the Play/ Pause and Input buttons on the front panel and while holding them in, reconnect the power cable to the Atom.
  3. Continue to hold buttons for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the Play/ Pause and Input buttons.
  5. Wait for the Uniti Atom to complete the factory reset and go into Stand-by. You can reconnect the speakers now.
  6. Press the Power button to power up the Atom.

If that doesn’t work then it’s is time to talk to your dealer I think.
