Is it time for a service?

Hi All.
I am brand new to the forum so please be gentle.

Be put together a set up for my study. Over the years it’s changed here and there and now consists of

Nac62
Nap140
Hi cap (all olive)
Gyrodec with rb300 and a Ortofon bronze
Meridian cd
A cheap Cambridge dac for streaming
A Cambridge dab tuner
Proac speakers. Mounted way too high on a shelf.
The room is small. It’s a small study

My issue is that between my left and right channels I get quite a different sound. More bass on right , more treble on left.

When do I know if I would benefit from recapping ? All the equipment was bought over time from eBay.

One other slight issue is when using phono , sometimes I need to tweek around with the input selection to get both channels working correctly. I had a similar issue with the Cyrus one which I used for years before changing to the naim stuff.
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
Thx

Overall I would say the sound is decent but maybe a little underwhelming

The ALPS remote selector in the NAC62 can get worn and dirty. It may be worthwhile trying to clean it. Otherwise, contact Naim with the serial numbers to check on any service history. Servicing is recommended every 8-10 years.

you could probably switch around the speaker cables, and then the source left and right connections to see where the issue follows
