I am using the New Classic NSC222 and have issues with the app since today.
The tunes that are in the Preset section of the application are no more selectable. I still see them in the preset list, however there is an “!” mark, and if i click them, they do not play.
I tried remove music tracks from the Preset then add them again, however this does not solve.
I upgraded to the latest releases of the app on my ios device (iPhone 13 or iPad M2, with latest iOS versions)
Also, the Preset items appear in the preset menu of the NSC222 however they do not play anything.
Just to say I have the self same issue with my NDX2. I have logged out and in of Qobuz (my subscription had just renewed), reset and restarted iOS apps and the NDX2. It made no difference.
I have spoken to my dealer who was also puzzled by it. He will contact Naim Support. I have also emailed Naim Support.
Everything else, Qobuz included, seems to be working fine.
I have since found that pressing on the exclamation mark next to the preset in the app brings up a menu from which “Play” can be selected and works.
This obviously isn’t how it’s supposed to be but it is a little workaround.
