Issue with uniti atom after factory reset

Hi,

I bought a used Uniti Atom and after making sure it powered up with the expected icons, decided to perform a factory reset. I powered on whilst holding the play/pause and input buttons and held them until the display went blank. Now after waiting more than 30 minutes I have all buttons lit but a blank display. I expected the box to go to standby mode. Every once in a while I see three segment lit for a few seconds on the volume dial.

Anyone know what went wrong and how to fix it?

Take the power off completely, wait a couple of minutes and then connect the power up again.

If you have no success after the the power off, type in your browser ipadress/webclient and go to settings

Thanks, that did the trick! I had tried a brief power off/on but didn’t think to power off for a while.

Where would we be without people like you on this forum?
