When I was at university I did a course in primate behaviour and ecology so was aware in my early 20’s just how influential and groundbreaking her research was. A life well lived as they say.

She wasn’t the first to advocate for wildlife, but few changed the fate of animals as effectively as she did. She was a fearless trailblazer who determined to advance our understanding of the world.

I love the Far Side. Bought these in Nassau NJ in 1989 when I was on tour with Shirley Bassey. Given the number of times they’ve been through the dishwasher I’d say they were worth the money. And I haven’t “butter-fingered” either of them so no chips.
