Have I just got a duff copy or is anybody else finding the SQ on the CD version of this album absolutely dreadful? Sounds like it has been mixed to sound best on a phone and headphones rather than a decent system. I’m listening to it on CD5si, Nait XS2 and PMC twenty5.22 speakers, that’s not a bad system (OK modest compared with a lot of you guys) and I’d expect it to sound a lot better than it does. I did try it through a Sonos Connect through the same system streaming it from Amazon HD and that sounded rather dreadful too.
