TBH I am rather surprised. I know nothing about instagram so a lucky guess. Plus my terrific zoological experience paid dividends at the end… I will be crap again tomorrow

Total disaster after 2 questions. Think I had about 10 points, so not a bad recovery helped by 2 one in a krillion answers!

There’s a brilliant website which gives the answers, broken down by score, for each daily game.
Reading through after playing, many of the 60/85 point answers are head slaps and thoughts of “should have got that!”. However, some of the One in a Krillion answers require Googling for context!
It’s certainly a great game for expanding knowledge and word power.

Strange game. I got most questions right and scored really bad.
It seems that the more obscure your answer, the more points / depth awarded.
I tried it a few times, but my grim determination to keep stating the bleedin’ obvious resulted in very disappointing results … … … so I took the easiest course of action, and gave up.
Anyway, it’ll never catch on whilst Wordle is still around.
