Lost all favourites

Hi I just saw at my app that all favs radio station are gone ! What happened ? Is it only me ?

Have you tried closing the app and re-opening it?

Yes. Several times. I tried to add to presets one station and suddenly all disappeared……which is bad.

Try turning the Atom off at the wall, waiting a minute then turning it on again.

What streamer do you have? Did you recently install a firmware update? Naim switched to an in-house internet radio aggregation service recently. If you installed a firmware update, you may have to search for your station and add them as presets again. I did that (as recommended by Naim) on my ND5 XS 2 and everything is fine since.

Naim uniti Atom. I have already migrated to new radio source. All stations were from new provider.

I just tried. Nothing happened.
With previous radio solution you had an account and all stations were somehow saved. With new solution nowhere to be saved

Have you tried turning it off? I seem to recall my presets vanished recently and then reappeared.

Added everything manually again but that wasn’t nice. I wonder if there’s any possibility to back it up. Naim doesn’t have any account to store it, right ?
Vtuner had an account that stored all stations.

This is for adding stations that are not listed in the internet radio input in the Naim app, so should not normally be required unless you are listening to some very obscure stations. The function exists with the new radio service as well as the old vTuner one, but is accessed within the app should you need it.
Saving radio stations as presets and/or favourites is entirely separate, so the above is of no relevance if that is what you are trying to do?

Hmmm. I use radio with my stored favorites radio stations which are in section favorites and presets. And this is my list of my stations. What I’m trying to say is that vtuner had account online for your favs, and current solution doesn’t. I don’t care about vtuner but the situation is that all my presets and favs stations are gone somehow. It has just deleted, app crashed and I have no option to back it up. I had to manually find and add all stations that I remembered I had.

I wasn’t aware that vTuner held presets or favourites, these being stored locally in the app.
It used to be easy to restore an app and its data when iTunes backup was the main backup for iOS, as it allowed individual apps to be restored if they became corrupted. There may still be a way to do this, but to be honest I haven’t tried for some time.

Since favorits for a given room are available across different devices the data must be stored somewhere else, probably on the device itself?

Nothing has disappeared on my 555 but I only have about 5 radio favorits saved.

Honestly, I don’t know. Anyway I have stored my stations again, hope it won’t happen again.
