I’m fairly sure the Valhalla is ok. After a lube and general look over the motor turns properly now, even with the bottom cap and thrust spring fitted - but makes a huge din, and not the sort associated with phasing or other psu issues, it’s physical grinding! The motor on my main deck is totally silent, I mean so if you close your eyes you actually can’t tell it’s turning… so I know it’s possible!
