Can’t you just use a USB to SPDIF converter? They sell them online for anywhere between $20 to $200 and up. Ifi do a very respectable one.
Let me read up on them. Not familiar with them. Was hoping to avoid buying any more boxes . The Apple TV is already there so would be repurposing it . Suggestion is appreciated.
