Sourav, thanks for the guidance yes my dealer has mentioned the dcs bridge but pretty expensive. I think I’m leaning towards trying the Primare at less than a third of the price but offers a comprehensive feature set and great build.
Primare Prisma Pre35 ?
Primare SC15
Thanks everyone for the advice. I’ve made a decision - I’m coming back to the Naim fold with an NDX2, it’s really the only streamer that ticks all my boxes. I’m going to sell the tt2 and the Bluesound to fund it.
Let us know how you get on. The NDX2 is certainly a fine streamer… and can feed DACs wonderfully with its digital signal out, or use its inbuilt DAC for an analogue signal out, as appropriate. It gives you that flexibility… and with the latest firmware is sounding even better than before (in my opinion) on both it digital and analogue signal outputs.
Will do. On the hunt for an ex-demo or similar.
Naim NDX2 ordered arriving next week, excited to be back in the Naim fold. It comes with a powerline lite, right? Any benefit/experience upgrading this, I noticed a difference moving to Powerline full fat on a Nova but that has an amp section.
I do not believe it comes with PL- just standard tibia.

If you are in the U.K. you will get a PowerLine Lite.
if it helps a full fat powerline made a nice uplift to my nd5xs2. just presented the music in a more efforeless, organised way with more space around instruments.
NDX2 has arrived, glad to be back in the Naim game. Looking forward to getting a few miles on the clock. First impressions are great, barring the remote…
Welcome back! Love Sade BTW.
Awesome congratulations! What are you using for an amp?
Norma IPA140. Seems like it’s a fantastic fit for the NDX2.
A little bit of listening last night and this morning, and I feel I’ve made the right decision. Sounding great already, and in my system a marked improvement on the BSN2i and TT2 combo YMMV.
Finding this really interesting having made almost the opposite journey. Three auditions with the NDX2 left me with the sense it couldn’t hold my attention for long periods; that the screen was an expensive frippery and that the buttons were a cheap and nasty version of previous classic series models.
I’m no fan of the looks of the TT2 but the combination with Innuos was so far ahead it was hard to fathom. Will be interested to see how you feel further down the line.
Yes will keep you updated. Only thing I’m not liking so far is the remote. Perhaps it was just the combo I had, NDX2 proving more involving, rhythmic and engaging, the opposite of your experience. Horses for courses, I really like the screen and liked the look of the TT2 too…
Hi Mike. Did you try any of Chord’s own amps direct from your TT2?
No I didn’t/haven’t. My speakers are 16ohm/101db/W so I need to fix the mismatch by likely going to low powered valve or a better matched solid state than the Naim. Chord didn’t seem the route.
