Misty Radio - fix needed

Can somebody fix this? Works on other platforms but not on naim vtuner :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

You will need to raise a ticket with Naim support.

So how do I do that? Is there a link somewhere?

Or flag it for @Stevesky

I have also done it

Thanksā€¦ & what weā€™re missing (unless you have a workaround) :grinning:

As a workaround and quick fix there is also a possibility to add this station manually to vTuner (like I did). The problem usually is to get the correct URL but in this case @Paul_C kindly was able to provide that.

Not easy on muso qb2 - thereā€™s no way to discover the vTuner mac address :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

vTuner mac address? You mean the mac address of the Naim unit (e.g. the muso)?

Try this: Muso qb2 - MAC address or IP address

On the vTuner login page, it asks for vTuner mac address. So the actually mean the device mac address? Is it also necessary to have a vtuner account?

Itā€™s a nice station, thanks for the tip.

No ads, listener supported - excellent playlist. What more could anyone want (apart from a working vtuner streamšŸ˜)?

It means the device mac address :-). Only just noticed now that it does in fact say ā€œvTuner Mac Addressā€. A bit confusing I think. You do have to create an account.

Thanks for the help

As I understand it there is a new software release, and once loaded Misty should work. Hopefully that will avoid signing up to vtuner.

New release? How will this be done - firmware updates or app update?

Itā€™s firmware. Not sure of exact timing.
