Mono / Stereo problems

I hope someone can help !

I’m only getting sound from one speaker when playing radio from my NDX2. I get stereo when playing my CDX2 , so obviously not a speaker problem.

I’ve tried taking the cable out and sticking it back in my 250 DR , but get the same problem. All the gear was bought new within the last year, so should be good.

Any ideas please ?

Could be a failed relay. Try using rca instead of din. Or the other way around. If you get stereo, then that’s a possible culprit.
What happens if you stream tidal/qobuz?
