Motorized volume and balance of the Supernait 2

I have a Supernait 2 and I would like to know if there could be problems if I use the volume and balance manually or is it always better and advisable to use it in a motorized way with the remote control?

I used the volume via iPhone, iPad, remote and manually, I have used the balance using remote and manually.
